ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï remains a critical stakeholder in the economy of Ontario and our community. Our vision is to provide a transformative life experience by empowering those who study with us to think and learn in progressive and innovative ways, helping us to prepare today’s learners to be tomorrow’s leaders. ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï proudly boasts that tens of thousands of its graduates work successfully across Canada and around the globe bringing innovation and expertise to various fields of study.
The Board of Governors is seeking candidates interested in joining our Board. Our Board is comprised of external Governors who reflect and represent the stakeholders of the community served by the College, internal Governors representing students, Faculty, Support and Administrative Staff, and the President of the College.
Responsible for the governance of the College, we welcome dedicated individuals who – through their guidance and passion for the field of education – will help contribute to the College’s ongoing success.
We are seeking individuals with the following competencies and experience, but priority will be given to applicants who have a background or expertise in information technology, human resources, legal and social and community services.
- Senior leadership experience
- Experience with board structures and governance
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders within related industries, sectors or systems
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors
- Aviation
- Human Resources
- Indigenous
- Information Technology
- International
- Legal
- Social and Community Services
- Natural Environment
