This introductory course focuses on identifying hair needs through comprehensive analysis and treatment planning. Students will learn to assess hair type and condition, select appropriate products, and perform foundational hair preparation services such as washing and conditioning. Emphasis is placed on recommending suitable shampoos, conditioners, and treatments tailored to individual client needs, preparing students for more advanced scalp and treatment knowledge in subsequent semesters.
